海砂淡化設(shè)備清洗海沙技術(shù)介紹

海砂淡化機(jī)的工作原理相對(duì)復(fù)雜，它是一種純物理技術(shù)除氯的設(shè)備，不需要添加任何化學(xué)藥劑，每天所需原料是一桶純凈水或者蒸餾水，對(duì)空氣和水不會(huì)造成任何的污染，環(huán)?？梢赃_(dá)標(biāo)排放。它是依靠電力將電解水獲取的氧氣轉(zhuǎn)化為活性粒子，從而增加清洗水的活性，對(duì)附著在海沙表層的氯離子沉積物進(jìn)行強(qiáng)滲透和強(qiáng)氧化，在經(jīng)過(guò)淡化機(jī)攪洗筒內(nèi)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制攪洗，從而達(dá)到氯離子沉積層的分解剝離。

海砂淡化的主要目的，就是要將海沙中的氯離子降低到符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生緩釋現(xiàn)象。然達(dá)到這樣的要求，就必須將沙子表面的生物沉積膜徹底分解，與之將沙子分離，才能從根本上達(dá)到除氯的目的。　 　
      一些原始的沖水水洗法，只能將海沙表面的很少一部分沒(méi)有完全沉積板結(jié)的氯離子洗掉，不能達(dá)到除氯的效果。而且需要將沙子預(yù)先在淡水中浸泡48—64小時(shí)，才能再進(jìn)一步處理，這樣廢水、費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)事、產(chǎn)量小、生產(chǎn)費(fèi)用高、占地面積大，無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足連續(xù)工作的需求。
